Mary Louise Rios

Mary Louise Rios, 80 of Idabel, passed from this life March 5, 2024 in Idabel. She was born August 13, 1943 in Rufe, Oklahoma to Cephus and Ina (Winship) Caldwell.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Leo Caldwell; and sister, Mamie Caldwell.

Mary loved to fish in ponds and Pine Creek Lake. She liked to cook and would always eat what fish she caught. She enjoyed visiting with friends and spending time with her son Andrew. She was a big supporter of her grandbabies playing any kind of ball. You would see her there watching them play with a smile on her face. She enjoyed playing bingo and an occasional trip to the casino.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory her son, Andrew Rios; brother, Earl Caldwell; sisters, Claire “Sue” Sewell, Lottie Wilson, Alma Whisenhunt; grandchildren, Darren (Lauren) Rios, Allie Moore; neighbor and cousin who visited with her every day, Cecil Caldwell, and many special friends and family that will miss her dearly.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clardy Funeral Service. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
