Ruth Eunice Ragsdale

Ruth Eunice Ragsdale, 67 of Broken Bow, passed away April 8, 2024 at Broken Bow Health and
Rehab. She was born February 14, 1957 at Bremerton, Washington, and is the daughter of Bobby
and Rosemary Blevins.
Ruth loved cooking, eating delicious food, coloring books, traveling, and playing board games.
Ruth loved children, especially her nieces and nephews. But her niece Myia was very special to
her. She was very proud to share the same birthday with her nephew Brian.
Ruth is survived by her sisters, Leola Akins of Idabel and Cynthia Fleming of Hugo; brothers,
Carroll “David” Blevins of Houston, Texas, Bobby Joe Blevins Jr. of Hodgen, Oklahoma, and
Dennis Lee Blevins of Hodgen, Oklahoma; nephews, Brian Akin, Anthony Akin, and Donnie
McKenzie; nieces, Myia Flemming, L’Shana McKenzie, and Jennifer Clark; numerous other
relatives and friends.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ragsdale; parents, Bobby Sr. and Rosemary
Blevins; and sister, Tammy Blevins.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at Broken Bow Health and Rehab at 11:00
a.m., Saturday, April 27, 2024.
