Darrell Ishcomer

Darrell Ishcomer, 65 of Idabel, passed away September 23, 2019.  He was born July 16, 1954 in Talihina, Oklahoma.   He was a member of the Bokchito United Methodist Church and was a lifetime resident of the community.

Darrell was an avid sports fan.  His favorite team was the Chicago Bears.  He enjoyed music, especially KISS.  He enjoyed walking and would walk everywhere he needed to go. He loved his grandkids and his family very much.

Darrell is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Brian and Alicia Ishcomer of Idabel, Thomas Jefferson of Battiest and Zack Jefferson of Missouri; daughter and son-in-law, Bobbie and Jeremie Jackman of Idabel; grandchildren, Bree Ishcomer, Tristan Ishcomer, Sage Jackman, Sadie Jackman, Aydinn Jackman; Chelsa Jefferson, Zack Jefferson; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Myrtle Ishcomer; grandparents, Martha and Wilton Ishcomer; son, Anthony DeWayne Ishcomer; daughter, Rendi Franklin; and sister, Jeanette Eddins.

A celebration of life service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, 2019 at the Canfield Cemetery with Bro. Ronnie Bates officiating.  Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
