Aaron Dale Clampet, 37, passed from this life on Friday, August 28, 2020 at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. He was born in Stillwater, OK on August 30, 1982. He graduated from Eldorado High School, Eldorado, OK as member of the Class of 2000. He graduated Southwestern Oklahoma University of Altus, OK in May 2003.
Aaron was a beloved son, father, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mona & Darrell Reagan of Hollis, OK; his father and stepmother, Mark & Tammy Clampet of Bismarck, AR; and his precious daughter, Charli Clampet-Yancey of Portland, OR. He is also survived by 5 brothers, James Lee Clampet and wife Casey of Altus, OK, Trevor Reagan and wife Alex of League City, TX, Clint Kesterson of North Little Rock, AR, Gunnar Clampet of Hot Springs, AR, Freddy Clampet of Bismarck, AR; 4 sisters, Baley Brooks and husband Colby of Hollis, OK, Kayla Kesterson of North Little Rock, AR, Dena Norton and husband Rick of Houston, TX, Page McAmis and husband Wesley of Arapaho, OK; as well as several nieces and nephews whom he adored.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Aaron & Eileen Farrar; his paternal grandparents, Herman and Joyce Clampet; and sister, Megan Clampet.
Aaron enjoyed debating any topic of your choice. He always enjoyed presenting his side of the truth. He was an avid comic book collector and looked forward to the latest edition coming out each month. Music and movies occupied his free time as he enjoyed breaking them down lyric by lyric and scene by scene. Aaron loved being in the spotlight and found himself there most often in local karaoke contests. He loved sports and especially his cowboys whether it be OSU or Dallas.
Family will gather and receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. September 1, 2020 at Clardy Funeral Service and will proceed to the graveside service from the funeral home. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Pollard Cemetery in Pollard Community, OK with Bro. Ralph Ruffin officiating. Interment will follow.
