Angela “Angie” Dodds, 57 of Broken Bow, passed away December 24, 2024 in Broken Bow. Angie was born on December 31, 1966 in Okemah, OK. She was known for her kind heart, infectious laughter, and unconditional love for her kids and grandkids. Angie loved hard and spent her life making others around her happy. She believed in miracles and prayer and made her faith known often. She loved watching episodes of Little House on the Prairie and spending time with her family.
Angie is survived by her beloved family, son, Dakota Dodds and wife Kristen; daughter, Amber Ledbetter; grandchildren, Keegan Dodds, Bentley Dodds, Baylor Dodds, Tylar Dodds, Charlotte Dodds, Bralynn Ledbetter, Kynzlee Ledbetter, and Destiny Brown and husband Garrison; great grandchildren, Acelynn and Hudson Brown; brother, Curtis Ferrell; sisters, Shelly Clark and husband Brandon, Lisa Leader and husband Tony, Stephanie Havins, and Jessica Bachmeier; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces. Her warm spirit and generous nature will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her mom, Vickie Carrell; dad, Rev. James Carrell; nephew, Shawn Dodds; grandparents, Bonnie and Arlee Vance.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 27, 2024 at Clardy Funeral Service. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Morse Cemetery in Okemah, OK.
