Auther Lee Smith

Auther Lee Smith, 57, passed from this life June 1, 2024 at his home in Idabel, Oklahoma. He was born
September 12, 1966 in Bonham, Texas the son of Henry Ray Paul Smith and Della Pearl Smith.
Auther enjoyed being a roofer, working odd and end jobs and anything that involved working. He loved
his family, but his grandkids were his pride and joy and he would talk about them to anyone who would
listen.
Auther is survived by his sons, Dylan Smith of Valliant, Dalton Smith of Valliant, Daxton Smith of Valliant;
daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Mike Wilson; brothers, Tim Smith and wife Heather of Valliant,
George Smith and wife Donna of Idabel, John Smith and wife Twyla Brown of Idabel, and Steve Smith of
Valliant; sister, Anna Keys of Leonard, Texas; grandkids, Kash, Khloe, Kaitlin, Kaeleigh, and Kyla;
numerous other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Pam Smith; sister, Oneata Bean; brother, David Ray
Smith.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024 at Swink Cemetery Pavilion.
