Bob Livergood, 80 of Idabel, Oklahoma passed away Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Tyler, Texas. He was born February 13, 1940 the son of Robert and Helen Livergood.
Bob married Doris Matlock in 1973 at Manassas, West Virginia. He served in the Air Force. He was an Instrument Technician for Atlantic Richfield in Alaska. He was well traveled, living in Saudi Arabia and all over the world. He retired from North Slope in Alaska.
He loved building things, playing dominos, Sudoko and keeping up with new technological trends.
Bob is survived by his wife, Doris of the home; daughters, Debbie Livergood and partner Amber Cervantes of Canton, Texas, Tonya Livergood of Covington, Louisiana, Shari Bower and husband, Troy of Lacombe, Louisiana; sons and daughters-in-law, Ken and Lisa Sivard of Idabel, Bobby and Rebecca Sivard of Garland, Texas; sisters, Laura McDermott, and Elenor Pyle; seven grandchildren, Kenny Sivard and wife, Marvell, Jessica Sivard and fiancé, Ben Edwards, Tyler Sivard, Mallory Sivard, Daniel Michney, Michael Giles; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John Livergood; and granddaughter, Katherine Minchey.
A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at the Garvin Cemetery with Kenny Sivard officiating. Interment will follow.
Family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p,m, Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
