Connor Joe Vince Garcia, 19 of Broken Bow, passed away July 2, 2022. He was born December 23, 2002 at Idabel, the son of Tony and Lisa Garcia. He was a graduate of Haworth High School.
Connor was very athletic. He loved basketball and was declared the best sharpshooter behind the 3pt line ever to play in the MC-6 Tournament. He was a shoe collector and his favorite pair to wear to games were his hot pink Nikes.
Connor was full of life and loved his family. He was crazy about his nieces and nephews. He was deemed by his siblings as the “favorite” since he was very spoiled and a “momma’s boy”.
Connor’s interests included going to the lake, water sports, his camaro, WWE and spiderman.
He also enjoyed recording music with his friend Brett Clark.
Connor is survived by his mother and step-dad, Lisa and Shawn Baker; sisters, Stormey Garcia and Chane Akins, Sabrina Pitt and Daniel Pond, Kristina Garcia, Antonia Garcia, Breana and Derick Graham; step-siblings, Khristen Baker and Shawn Baker, Jr.; nieces and nephews, CJ Akins, Carson Akins, Cai-Lan Akins, Cameron Akins, Carter Akins, Cruize “Little C” Akins, Kambri Garcia, Aubrey Fields, Maddox Fields, Harper Jackson, Easton Graham, Kaiden Graham, Mason Graham, Baylon Graham, Graicyn Shields, Delilah Pond, Axtyn Pond, Kinsley Baker, Jayden Baker; aunts and uncles, Joe and Joyce Johnson, Marissa and Sal Dominguez, Babe and Victoria Magby, David and Amy Johnson; grandparents, Mary Perez, Tony and Trina Garcia, Patsy Baker; special cousins, Kaylin Dewald, Ross Dewald, Baby Conlee, Markki Hedrick, Justin Pitt, David Boyd, Ronnie Boyd; “brother from another mother”, Riylan Caldwell; numerous other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Tony Garcia; grandparents, Connie and Joe Atwood; and uncle, Ronnie Boyd.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Virgil Owens officiating.
Family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
