Debbie Melton

Debbie Melton, 68, passed away May 23, 2025 in Idabel. She was born August 25, 1956 in Pasadena, California to Jessie Neal and Jerry Neal.

Debbie and Larry Melton were married on April 3, 1976 and spent 49 years together.

Debbie is survived by her husband Larry of Garvin, Oklahoma: son, Joseph of DeQueen, Arkansas; daughter, Trudy of Ada, Oklahoma; brother, Don Neal and wife Karen of Idabel, and many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Debbie worked at Tyson Foods for 36 years and made many friends before and after she retired.

She loved her dogs Duke and Rover. She and her dogs had a close bond between them. But most of all, she loved her family and friends. She will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.

A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Valliant Cemetery in Valliant, Oklahoma.
