Deborah Linn (Jones) Farley

Deborah Linn Farley, 69 of Idabel, passed away October 24, 2023 at McCurtain Memorial Hospital. She
was born August 24, 1954 at Fletcher, Oklahoma the daughter of Lelan and Jean Jones. She was a
member of the Good News Fellowship Church.
Deborah married Larry “Bear” Farley in September 1975 and they had two children. She worked
eighteen years for the Oklahoma State Health Department. She always saw the good in people and was
a friend to many. She was often called Mama Debbie. Her grandchildren meant the world to her. She
enjoyed quilting and reading her bible.
Deborah is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Alicia Farley of Colbert, Oklahoma;
daughter, Amy Collette of Idabel; grandchildren, Paige Farley, Wyatt Collette; sister, Linda Jones of
Idabel; brother, David Jones of California; numerous other relatives and a host of friends and church
family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lelan and Jean Jones; husband, Larry “Bear” Farley; and
brother, Jimmie Jones.
