Francis Johnson

Francis Johnson, 56 of Valliant, passed away, June 26, 2019 at McCurtain Memorial Hospital.  She was born January 17, 1963 at Hugo, Oklahoma.  She married Allen Fitzsimmons at Paris, Texas on August 6, 1979 and they had a daughter, Jennifer. 

Francis was free spirited and lived her life to the fullest.  She enjoyed time with family and friends, but her grandchildren were her most precious gift. 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Jennifer Andrews of Idabel; grandchildren, Elijah Rutherford and Eleyah Rutherford; brother and sister-in-law, Chad and Diana Stanford of Valliant; sister, Sheri LaRue of Watauga, Texas; father of her child, Allen Fitzsimmons; special friend, Vicki Joiner of Idabel; nieces and nephews, Hannah, Joseph, and Caynan Stanford all of Valliant and Tyler Champange of Waxahatchie, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Stanford and grandmother, Maggie Kent.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2019 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.  Interment will follow in the Valliant Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
