Haskell “Hack” Rogers, 76 of Millerton, was reunited with the love of his life, Marilyn Rogers, on September 10, 2022 when he entered into rest. He was born June 22, 1946 at Millerton, the son of Virgil and Sarah Giddings Rogers.
Hack was easy going and loved to joke with people. He was always happy and making others smile. He had a love for plants. He often took in stray animals and cared for them. He enjoyed collecting movies and model cars. He loved his church family and family but above, all he loved and adored his wife Marilyn.
Hack is survived by his children and their spouses, Rodger and Charlotte Rogers of Alabama, Adam and Paula Rogers of Washington, Michelle and Kody McClure of Oklahoma, Tom and Kari Owens of California and Richard Owens of California; grandchildren, Russell Rogers, Luke Rogers, Taryn McClure, Riggin McClure, Randon McClure, Kayla Smith and husband Elijah, Bailey Porter, Nicole Bray, Shawn Owens, Tyler Owens, Maisie Rogers, Rhys Murray and wife Ashley; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Paisley, Armani, Londynn, Mariah, Kinley, Waylon, Trinity Grace, Sawyer, J.R., Lillie, Billy, Dakota; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Hack was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marilyn Rogers on September 15, 2021; sister Mazzell Sherman and brother, Vester Rogers.
A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2022 at the Watermill Freewill Baptist Church in Valliant, Oklahoma with Pastor Chris Carey officiating.
