Haven Jo Campbell

Haven Jo Campbell, age 84, passed away on December 24, 2024 in Edmond, OK. She was born on May 19, 1940, to parents Shady Wooten and Esther (Settles) Wooten. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James J. Campbell, Jr.; and brother, Leonard Wooten.

Haven was a graduate of Idabel Gray High School and later went on to graduate from Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She was a loan officer/vice president at Idabel National Bank for more than 40 years. Haven was a loving and devoted wife to husband, James, for more than 60 years. Together, they were longtime members of the First Baptist Church in Idabel.  Haven loved playing the piano and was an incredibly gifted artist. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Jo Adair and husband Charles of Edmond, OK; grandchildren, Alexa Jo Adair and Douglas Guy Adair II both of Edmond, OK; brother, Warren Wooten and wife Darlene of Garvin, OK; brother-in-law, Raymond Campbell of Stillwater, OK; sister-in-law, Betty Burns and husband Jay of Spring, TX; along with a host of other family, friends, and loved ones. 

A funeral service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Clardy Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Joe Voyles Officiating. Interment will follow in the Canfield Cemetery.
