Jerry Cunningham

Jerry Cunningham, 79 of Idabel passed away August 3, 2020 at Tulsa, Oklahoma.  He was born June 9, 1941 at Paris, Texas the son of Audie and Ray Cunningham. 

Jerry’s family started Cunningham’s Wrecking Yard in the 1940’s.  Jerry took over and operated Jerry’s Auto Parts in the 1980’s until 2018.  He was actively involved in the Idabel Lions Club.  He enjoyed watching Nascar, football and attending the First Christian Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.

He is survived by his daughter, Laura Cunningham Voss; grandson, Christopher Wilson; four great-grandchildren, Haylin Boyd, Carsin Wilson, Corey Wilson and Kylynn Wilson; his First Christian Church family and Idabel Lions Club family.

Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 6, 2020 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel. 

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 7, 2020 at Denison Cemetery with Bro. Hershel Rogers officiating.
