Joe Allen Kolb, 71 of Idabel passed away March 26, 2023 in Dallas, TX. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Clardy Funeral Service. A graveside service for Joe and his wife Patricia Kolb will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 1, 2023 at the Hochatown Cemetery Pavilion.
