Juanita June Grant, 87 of Garvin, passed away May 2, 2024 at Paris, Texas. She was born June 19, 1936, the daughter of John Wilton and Mary Elizabeth Steele Fuller.
An avid reader, June could pick up a book and finish it in the same day and she was perfectly content in staying home to read or cook. Sunday dinner was her specialty and you better not miss it or you would definitely hear about it. She was a spitfire who loved her family dearly. Her grandkids could do no wrong. She was very proud of her family.
June is survived by her daughter, Laurie Frazier; grandkids, Chad Frazier and wife Tiffany, Meghan Bako and husband Peter, Jacob Hill; great-grandchildren, Oakleigh Randall, Cooper Frazier, Sam Bako, Slade Bako, Khloe Impson; dear friends, Creda Impson and her children, Ryan Impson, Aaron Impson and wife Tanya, Donzel Jenkins, Micky Hall, Paula Campbell; numerous other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wilton and Mary Fuller; husband, Sam Grant; son, Sammie Grant; stillborn daughter; and brother, Delma Fuller.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at the Forest Hill Cemetery. Interment will follow.
Family will receive friends at the home of Laurie Frazier in Idabel, Tuesday May 7, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
