Judith “Judy” Ann Harrison Duke, 77 of the Redland Community passed away March 21, 2025 in Troy, Texas. She was born September 2, 1947 in LaPlata, Maryland, the daughter of Lewis Harrison and Helen Epp Harrison.
Judy was an LPN for 35 years plus in Idabel, Oklahoma. She loved being a nurse and helping others. She also loved to read and spend as much time as she could with her grandchildren.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Albert “Bud” Duke; sister, Maria Harrison; brother, Calvin Harrison; son-in-law, Clint Fisher.
She is survived by her sister, Kathy Keen of Corona, CA; brother, Frank Keen of Aumsville, OR; son, Miles Emerson of Haworth, OK; daughters, Michele Treadway and husband Wayne, Patricia Fisher and significant other Chuck Powers of Troy, TX; step-sons, Larry Duke and wife Margie of Marana, AZ, Brian Duke and wife Joyce of Idabel, OK; step-daughters, Carol Rohrer and husband John of Adelanto, CA, Diane Duke of Blaine, TN; grandchildren, Erica Powers, Anthony Powers, Natasha Slaughter, Clinton Mulkey, Trenton Mulkey, Casey Treadway, Tara French, Larry Duke Jr, David Duke, Michael Duke, Desiree Duke, Darlene Rhea, Tammy Rohrer, Johnny Rohrer, 26 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild, several nephews, nieces, cousins, along with numerous other family members and a host of friends around the world.
A celebration of life service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Clardy Funeral Service Chapel with Don Myer officiating. Interment will follow at Redland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, March 28, 2025 at Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
