Judy Gilley-Van Horne

Judy Gilley-Van Horne was welcomed to her Savior's home October 27, 2019 at the age of 76 years, 15 days.  She was born October 12, 1943 at Hutchinson, Kansas, the daughter of Andrew and Audra Anderson.

Judy owned and operated Gilley's Heat and Air for over fifteen years and J & J Office Supply for over ten years. Her hobbies included golf, bowling, reading, spending time on the houseboat and listening to political news. She was actively involved in the First Presbyterian Church of Idabel, Epsilon Psi Sorority and bridge group. ​

A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Judy loved her family beyond measure.  She was blessed with many friends who adored her sense of humor and quick-witted personality.  Her friendship was unconditional and her generosity will never be forgotten.

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Larry Van Horne of Idabel; children, Terry and Janie Gilley of Grove, Oklahoma, Darca and Valarie Wiggins of St. Louis, Missouri, Derek and Sylvia Wiggins of Idabel, Andi and Chip Jones of Redland, Lisa and Scott Vickers of Grove, Oklahoma and Wendy Miller of  Witchita, Kansas; grandchildren, Josh Gilley, Blake and Tanya Wiggins, Baylee Wiggins, Abbie Jones, Jake Fullmer, Rachael Manes; great-grandchildren, Brielle Wiggins and Browning Wiggins; first husband, Ray Wiggins; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.​

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jerry Gilley; and grandson, Terry Gilley, Jr.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. October 30, 2019 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.  ​

A private inurnment will take place at Petit Jean Mountain Cemetery in Oppelo, Arkansas. ​

In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Idabel or to her Epsilon Psi Sorority.   ​
