Khaliann Cachet Thompson, 20 of Idabel, passed away September 26, 2020 at Idabel, Oklahoma. She was born November 5, 1999, the daughter of Jason Thompson and Beth Johnson. Khaliann was a former student of Idabel High School.
Khaliann was an avid football fan. In fact, she was her brother’s biggest supporter. She supported her family in everything they did and would drop everything to help them in a time of need. She was their protector and best friend. She loved animals. Her hobbies included playing high school softball, dancing, making people laugh, taking pictures and videoing people. She was outspoken and a free spirit whose memory will be cherished forever.
She was preceded in death by her memaw, Christine Johnson; grandma, Alline Johnson; grandfather, Simon Amos; grandpa, Rudy Byington; brother, Jagger Thompson; uncle, Tony Johnson; and her dear friend Selena Acosta who was also in the accident.
Khaliann is survived by her mother, Beth Johnson of Idabel; father, Jason Thompson of Idabel; brothers, Jaxen Thompson, Dustin Johnson, Chris Thompson, Cor’Vaughnta Nelson, all of Idabel; sisters, Tailor Johnson and Ciarra Thompson, Justy Pollard; nephews, Jaggar Johnson and Zayden Beard; aunts and uncles, Ashlee McCullough, McKenna McCullough, Danielle Terwilliger, Wesley Terwilliger, Tyler Thompson, Derek Reid, Maxine and Ted Williams, James Johnson, Dennis Johnson, Kim Jones, Miranda Johnson, Jayme Johnson, Erica Johnson, Teresa McKee; grandparents, Mike and Marti Thompson of Idabel, Mary and Jay Dickenson of Hugo, Karen Fant of Nashville, Arkansas; great grandmother, Joyce Walters of Nashville, Arkansas; companion, Cutter Hendricks; special friends, Rubi Chanel, Carly Harjo and Macy Bailey; numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
A wake service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, October 3, 2020 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 4, 2020 at the Bypass Church of Christ with Larry Rutherford, and Bo McPeak officiating. Interment will follow in the Canfield Cemetery.
