Marthella Padron

Marthella Padron, 58 of Pittsburg, Texas passed away October 14, 2021.  She was born October 2, 1963 the daughter of Ruby and George Washington, Sr.  

Marthella enjoyed shopping, eating out, acting goofy, Sonic trips for a fresh coca cola, taking care of her dogs, being outside, grilling, singing Choctaw hymns and taking her daughter, Grace, to “Build a Bear”.  She was a die-hard Texas Longhorn fan.

Marthella leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Benito Padron of the home; sons and daughter-in-law, Glenn and Heather Washington of Idabel and Galyn Padron of Pittsburg, Texas; daughters, Galena Padron and Grace Padron both of Pittsburg, Texas; granddaughter, Emerson Washington; special sisters, Rena Soto, Cathy Rodriguez, and Angela Dominguez all of Chapel Hill, Texas and Shan Blalock Williams of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; sister-in-law, Verna Washington of Idabel; aunt, Jamie Washington of Idabel; special niece, Ursula Washington; great-nephews, Keiffer and Dakota Wilcox; numerous other family members and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, George Washington, Jr. and Jamie Washington; sister, Lecreata Billy; and nephews, Anthony Belvin and Justin Carterby.

A celebration of life service will be held Monday, October 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.  Interment will follow in the Kulli Tuklo Cemetery.  

Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
