Osborn Davis Obituary

Osborn Gerald Nakishi Davis, 69 of Wright City, passed away February 14, 2023 at Paris, Texas. He was
born January 16, 1954 at Talihina, Oklahoma, the son of Winston Davis Sr. and Rosie Davis. He was a
member of the Nanih Chito United Methodist Church at Wright City.
Osborn grew up in the area, but lived in Arlington for fifteen years building signs, before coming home in
2005. He was a jokester and loved giving people a hard time.
Osborn enjoyed all OU Sooner sports, especially basketball and football. When he was younger he
enjoyed playing ball, bowling and horseshoes, but as he grew older his hobbies became jigsaw puzzles,
diamond painting and going to the casino. He had a special love for his cat, Baby.
Osborn is survived by his daughter, Felecia Wallace and husband James of Idabel; granddaughter,
Victoria Battiest of Idabel; special granddaughter, Phoenyx Moore; several step-grandchildren; brother,
Jeffery Davis of Rattan; special cousin, David Davis; numerous nieces nephews, other relatives and
friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Raymond Davis Sr., John Davis and Winston Davis Jr.;
sister, Theresa Nation; and grandson, Alex Battiest.
A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2023 at the Clardy Funeral
Service Chapel with Soloman Tonihka and Mike Davis officiating. Interment will follow in the Nanih
Chito Cemetery at Wright City, Oklahoma.
