"Pat" Patricia Johnson

Patricia “Pat” Jean Johnson, 74 of Idabel, passed away April 3, 2025. She was born
July 8, 1950 at Whittier, California, the daughter of Clinton and Cora Holmes.
Pat met Ronnie Johnson in Oakdale, California and the two were married February 28,
1970. They worked side by side operating a roofing business in California before
moving to Oklahoma. Pat had also worked at a cannery in California. She worked at
McCurtain Memorial in the hospital admissions department for around ten years.
In her spare time, you would often find Pat pond fishing, crocheting afghans or listening
to music. She was very outspoken and loved her family dearly. Her children and
grandchildren meant the world to her.
Pat is survived by her mother, Cora Holmes of Idabel; sons, Scott Johnson and wife Kim
of Idabel and Jon Johnson and spouse Brittany Prewitt of Broken Bow; grandchildren, Taylor Johnson, Jordan
Knighten and husband Doodle Knighten, Dakota Johnson, Wyatt Johnson, Shelby Johnson, Alex Pikes, Dalton
Johnson, Christian Johnson, Jackson Johnson; 13 great-grandchildren; special nieces,
Danielle Smith and husband David, and Shelley Johnson; numerous nieces, nephews,
other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ronnie Johnson in 2015; father, Clint
Holmes; brother, Randy Holmes; sister, Rena Holmes and great-granddaughter, River
Musset.
A celebration of life graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at the Denison Cemetery Pavilion with Bro. Ed Walker officiating. Interment will follow.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 7, 2025 at the Clardy
Funeral Service Chapel.
