Ricky Allen Hester, 66 of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, passed away Monday August 9, 2021 in Idabel. He was born September 18, 1954 in King City, California.
Ricky was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time in his “man cave.”
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, James Hester and Ethel Duncan, brothers; Cecil Vandiver, Jimmie Vandiver, Rory “Butch” Hester, Roger Hester, Gary Vandiver, and sisters; Joan Shields and Aundrea Keener.
Ricky is survived by a brother Terry Hester (Linda) of Idabel, Ok, sister Linda Rudisill of Broken Bow, Ok, sister Sheree Cannon (Greg) of Cove, AR and his two children Jamie Fulsom (Allen) of Russellville, AR and Chris Hester (Josh) of Texarkana, AR, three grandchildren Cale Fulsom, Caleb Fulsom, and Makenna Fulsom. Special nephews Kenny Tucker of Tatum, NM, Steve Tucker of Broken Bow, OK. Close friends Mitchell and Carla Stovall of Eagletown, Ok and Roy and Ellen Cash of Broken Bow, OK. Ricky also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, August 13, 2021 at Denison Cemetery Pavilion in Idabel. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
