Teresa Harris

Teresa Victoria Harris, age 47, passed away May 8, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born January 14, 1975, the daughter of Charles Buchanan and Barbara Harris Thomas. 

A caretaker, Teresa worked as a CNA for over ten years.   She was loving and caring and loved her family and her kids.  She enjoyed singing and was over the youth choir and sang in the Southwest District Choir.  She loved her church.  She also enjoyed shopping and going places. 

Teresa was preceded in death by her cousin, Rodney Harris; aunt, Flora Harris; cousin, Jasmin Sherley; grandparents, Annie Pearl Fitzgerald, Ida Mae Harris and Robert Harris, Jr.

She is survived by her mother, Barbara Thomas; father, Charles Buchanan; children, William Love, Jerico Harris, Victoria Love, Messiah Harris, Christina Johnson, Christal Johnson; granddaughter, Alyrica Johnson; brothers, Charles Harris, Charles Payne; step-sister, Michelle Berry; numerous other family members and a host of friends. 

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at the Macedonia Baptist Church in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Interment will follow in the Williamston Cemetery in Idabel, Oklahoma. 

Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel.
